Our Massage Therapy department offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. Our Registered Massage Therapists provides specific treatment that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. Massage Therapy is a great way to prevent and treat a wide variety of injuries or disorders related to soft tissue in the body. Studies show that treatments can help to reduce/eliminate pain and muscle spasm, reduce chronic low back pain, improve immune system function and decrease anxiety and stress disorders.

Acupuncture

Jennifer Spyropoulos is a registered Acupuncturist with the college of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). Since starting her practice in 2002, she has taken continuing education courses in Scalp Acupuncture and Acupuncture for Neurological and Psychosomatic disorders. Treatments include cupping.

May Azucena RMT

May graduated from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program and is an active member of the College Of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She specializes in therapeutic massage using both Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Techniques. Since 2006 her goal of helping everyone who comes to see her is still her goal today. Her clinical experience includes treating different conditions that are related to stress, overuse, posture and injury. In addition she has training in prenatal massage.

Christy Chudy RMT

Christy has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006 who has corrected many chronic pain syndromes and postural imbalances with deep tissue and myofascial therapy. Throughout her career as an RMT she has found special interest in the treatment of complicated neck and shoulder conditions including headaches, nerve compressions and frozen shoulder. She has additonal training in the treatment of sports injuries and prenatal massage. Christy’s focus is to treat the cause over the symptom, by re-balancing the body as a unit for optimal function.
